It’s not about “arriving” at this new state …it’s about making small changes over time. Making small changes a few at a time
2. Giving yourself the gift of imperfection: If and when you fall off, think of it as a baby learning to walk. Would you yell at your baby if they kept falling? Geez,I hope not. OR would you smile at their effort? Encourage them? Give yourself credit for doing your best. Your best is good enough, the issue is not that. The issue is you are expecting to be perfect.
3. MCM monitor correct monitor: Once a week, reflect back on your nutrition and fitness over the past week: What went well? What is not working? Focus on doing more of what went well and focus on one area to improve.
