  • Are you still doing a protein shake every day? If not, get a shaker and bring it with you with one scoop of protein in it so all you need to do is add water.
  • Get Sun Warrior Athletic Greens / from amazon. Similarly, have it handy so you can put a scoop in your shaker, add water and have it on the go to get vital nutrients and control your blood sugar
  • Think thin protein bars/no cow bars are okay – limit 1x per day.

Whenever you are eating/ordering out, opt for double protein of whatever it is and veggies. Not that carbs are bad but when eating out a lot, its best to limit them.
