Yes, this is possible and no you do not need to starve!

1) Drink .55 x your bodyweight in oz of water per day.

2) On days 2-6, focus on hitting the set amount of portions you need of unprocessed, whole foods.

3) On days 1 & 7, do my 24 Hour Fruit Fast Reset.

4) On days 1& 7, hit a short yet effective bodyweight workout (since you are fasting, 10 minutes is a good mark).

5) On days 2-6, hit a 30-40 minute high intensity yet low impact workout.
