When you feel like you don’t have a whole lot of time, like I can’t do 30 minutes, can’t do 45 minutes, can’t do a 60-minute workout. Well, do a 5-minute workout, baby. Yes! a 5-minute workout. 

Now, like ughhhh! What a 5-minute workout! More like motherfucking 5-minute workout, baby! Let’s go! If you have that attitude, you’ll do it. If you do it, you’ll feel the benefit. If what you have in your head is not what you think it should be you won’t do it, and then you won’t do anything. 

So, start where you’re at, do what you can that you will actually do, and treat it as such. See it as progress and it will be.
