There’s a tendency this time of year for you to want to go all in after Labor Day / once the kids go back to school. While this can work for some, its not recommended for most. Instead, I’d suggest to focus on the following:
1. Get back into a workout routine where you’re training at least 3x per week for at least 5 minutes each workout.
2. Drink .55 x your bodyweight in oz of water per day.
3. Eat at least one serving of protein at each meal
4. Eat at least 3 servings of veggies per day
