We all love coffee- especially on a Monday morning! Unfortunately some of us suffer from gut issues and the acidity of caffeine / coffee can cause issues for us.

Now there is no guarantee this will work for you so please know I am Not promising a solution of no gut issues however I do know that this protocol below will be better than just normal consumption of coffee:

Before your coffee, drink 12-16 oz of water.

Enjoy your coffee

After your coffee, drink one shake with celery and marshmallow root extract / powder. This will help w your stomach as well as increase the alkalinity within your system.*

*I do suggest that if you have gut issues, to not exceed one cup of regular coffee and instead utilize decaf.
