We always think of improving nutrition through adding healthy foods and habits or eliminating or decreasing unhealthy habits or foods…but one thing I’ve found with myself as well as clients is that sometimes the pressure + stress of these efforts cause more harm than good. Now hear me, i am not suggesting you stop all efforts because its hard…but if you are stressing super hard over hitting your 16 hours fast or thinking about that one food that you are not “Allowed” to have or barely eating and starving yourself…. consider letting go and letting it happen.

Don’t get stuck on any one thing. The key is to allow, let go then move forward.
