Hey, what’s up! My name is Joe Carabase. Thank YOU for landing on this page. I started my first business, m.e.l.t. Fitness in 2010 from nothing and I’ll never forget the feeling of having nobody interested in reading your content, going to your website, or signing up for your services so I do not take your attention and trust lightly.

I grew up being bullied both physically and emotionally… and to be honest, I preferred the physical because my natural response was to fight back so at least I felt like I was doing something… but the constant name-calling “Joey you’re stupid…” “Joe, you’re such a retard..” that was the worst because I had no idea what to do with it other than to believe it.

Thankfully, I had athletics, which led me to weight training the summer heading into my freshman year. For the first time in my life, I felt comfortable around strangers, especially older kids. Fast forward to my freshman year of college at UMASS Amherst where my roommate Eddie and I were looking for jobs. He mentioned in passing that his friend from home got certified online as a personal trainer, which I had no idea was even an option…the fitness and social media landscape was much different in 2005!

Within the week, I was certified and got my first job in fitness as a trainer on campus, and never looked back. Since then, I’ve built 5 boutique gyms, trained all over the world, worked with the biggest names in fitness from Beachbody to Men’s Health, and most importantly, helped transform 1000s of people’s lives.

While I was never super overweight or underweight, I can relate to all people on their fitness journey because that little boy who was bullied still lives inside me…and the last thing I want is for anyone else to have to feel uncomfortable in their own skin.

I sold my last gym in 2021. While I loved all the people we worked with and all the great things we were doing, there was something missing for me.

I wanted to help people beyond physical training. So many of us are walking around as adults with a severely wounded inner child inside us, myself included. No matter how fit or successful I became, it wasn’t until I started working on my internal fitness that my life really started to change.

Shadow Work and Voice Dialogue had a profound impact on my life and I wanted to bring these modalities to as many people as I could. I started coaching people one-on-one online and got trained as a Voice Dialogue Facilitator. I was blown away at the release so many of my clients were getting from our 60-minute sessions.

A friend of mine had told me about Red Light Therapy a while ago but at the time, I thought it sounded like a bunch of BS so I didn’t think much of it.

I kept on with my online coaching but I began to get discouraged. It seemed like the crazier the world got (and it seems to continually get weirder), more and more people were falling out of their fitness routines or even too discouraged to even get started.

The hardest part of any fitness journey is getting started as it can be extremely overwhelming. The second hardest part is staying in a routine especially when you’re not seeing the results you want.

So, I dove in head first.
I learned everything I could and spoke to as many experts who would give me the time of day. I was determined to find the hole — the BS – and yet there was nothing wrong…

Everything I read and heard checked out.

Ironically determined to disprove this healing, spot-reducing miracle, I went to two different local places that offered Red Light Therapy to get it done on myself. At the time I was a few weeks away from a bodybuilding show, my body fat was super low so I figured there wouldn’t be any change…

And yet I was wrong again!

I lost ¼ inch off my waistline — at 5% body fat! I figured if I was this lean and saw this type of result, what could this treatment do for people who have 10, 20, or 30+ lbs to lose?!

From that point on, I was hooked.

I purchased the top machine on the market and began utilizing it on friends, family, and clients.
