When you fall off track, remember this!
The only way to get out of a hole is to stop digging. Like that’s just the only way to get out of a hole. What that means for you and your situation, whether it’s business, personal, or it’s your fitness weight loss journey it’s to realize that- Okay, I’m dealing with some external stresses or things aren’t going the way I plan them to be.
And so, I am off track.
I have two options:
1. I can continue to be frustrated because I can’t live up to what I think I should do or…
2. Stop everything and just ask myself this one question.
If you ask yourself this one question and do your very best for whatever the answer is- you’ll be right back where you need to be.
And this is a process you might need to keep doing. You might do this every single day for a while. But trust me, it’s worth it!
The question is this, “What is the simplest thing I can do today to help me move forward?“
Whatever the answer is— Do it!
