If you’re like most people that I know, myself included, throughout the day you’re thinking about what are the things that you want to do. You’re thinking about more about the problems that you face rather than all the things that you have.
I would ask this- when’s the last time you actually stopped? And on pen and paper wrote down, “What are the current struggles that I face right now? Like what are the exact struggles the obstacles that I’m facing?” Get very specific.
And on another piece of paper write down, “What are the solutions that I’m seeking? Like what is it that I actually want and why?”
Cause if you’re not clear on these two things all of this data is just running through your head and it’s just creating clutter. And when this clutter is very hard to see past what you have to do right? Cause there’s responsibilities that will never gonna stop no matter what your goals are.
But when you can take the time to actually acknowledge where you’re at and where you wanna be in a very specific way. It will provide a clear path forward toward where you wanna be.
