Wellness Concierge

As a Wellness Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and assist them in navigating their wellness journey by learning their goals, frustrations, obstacles, and lifestyle and advising them on the best possible program to achieve their desired outcomes. This role requires someone with ambition and resiliency, and you must be able to work autonomously and deliver results. 

Patient Success/Wellness Coach

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their wellness programs and ensuring their success. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, empathetic, and passionate about health and wellness.

Appointment Booker

Looking for a remote opportunity? Our appointment bookers play a crucial role in scheduling patient visits for our signature treatments, including Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna Pod, Fire & Ice Therapy, EMS Toning, Urinary Incontinence Therapy, Hypnosis, and Compression Therapy. This role could be a great fit if you have excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset! Must be able to work with autonomy and deliver results.
