Our Renowned owner and fitness guru,  Joe Carabase kicks the conversation off by discussing “Confidence.” Common misconceptions about confidence is that it’s conditional. It’s not something that should come and go. Self love is the root of confidence. That is something that sticks with a person forever. This is a concept that is taught over time. You’re not born to be confident, or overweight, or to have bad eating habits. These are things that are taught and it becomes a part of who we are. Sometimes these are things that are passed down through generations. If the parent is obese then more than likely the child will be obese because the parent is passing on those bad habits. Everything is taught and through discipline you are able to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You have to train your mental state and take back control.
