“Great Day Fitness” welcomes our renowned owner Joe Carabase back on our tv screens. He kicks off the segment by inviting the hosts and audience to get up and try these new exercises. These workouts will definitely  get your heart pumping. One workout that stuck out was the resistance band workout. This is something you can do right from home. You take the resistance band and pull up and down while holding the other end down with your feet. This helps strengthen those bicep muscles and takes a little as five minutes. It was like watching a full blown workout video on the morning news, doesn’t get better than that! Carabase ends the segment with a squat workout. He recommends starting with 10 squats a day, don’t try to overdue it when you’re just getting started. The more repetition, the easier it will become. To improve your form with squats, a good trick would be to place a chair in back of you to lean back on. This allows for a great form.
