Joe Carabase returns to; “Great Day Connecticut” for another fitness segment and he’s bringing us some new ways to overcome anxiety and struggles when it comes to weight loss. If you have negative internal or external patterns that are causing you to not reach your fitness goals, hypnosis may be the new journey that you embark on. You may struggle with emotional eating, excessive anxiety, or self sabotage. Living in a mental state like this is unhealthy and calls for a nervous system reset. Carabase says you have to retire your subconscious programming. You can’t allow those negative thoughts to push you away from your goals. Not only do you have to rewire, but you must reflect and heal. How you view yourself and your capabilities in your mind is what’s going to make these habits stick. This is how you’ll see long term results and not go backwards. Hypnosis is a very deep state of relaxation, a lot of people mistake it for you being under someone else’s control.
